Several do.  My favorite is Wild Horse Creek Bows by Mike Dunnaway.  He does not have a websight but I will PM you his contact information.  Makes a great bow and you will save a lot of money.

I've owned 4 BWs over the last 16 years.  One of which being a PSR.  I shot my very first robin Hood with it @ 20 yrds.  IMO, there a great bow.

I came across a previously owned one for sale, PSR X, Kingwood, 50# @28, mint....
My only concern is that it is a 60".
My draw is 28" and according to the BW size chart I fit nicely in the middle of the 58" and was therefore looking for a 58".
I know its not a big deal and better going bigger than smaller...but.. any cons?

If your looking for a PSR I would think that you would want a 56" for your draw and to take advantage of it being a short bow. I know the last time I was at the Black Widow factory neither the PCH or the KB was being made yet. If I was going to go with a short Widow it would be the PCH just because of the ability to switch out different # limbs.
