New Hunter in the house, New pics added
« on: March 16, 2012, 07:08:00 PM »
I talked to IdahoCurt about two months ago about building me a new recurve. The only stipulations I gave him was 60", 45-47#@28", carbon foam limbs and myrtle veneers. I got it today in the mail and have to say it the best looking bow I have ever seen. Bastogne walnut riser and the myrtle limbs look great together. This is one bow I will not be selling. BTW it shoots as good as it looks.

WOW!!! Don't lay it down in the leaves or you will have to order another one.

I will post more pics tomorrow. Trust me, pics do not do this bow any justice. At 20 yards, my woodies are sticking out the back of my foam target by 3 inches. My 53# triple carbon Centaur will do that but no other bow I own comes close.

That is truly a awesome bow, but I wanna hear about the case too! Did it come with the bow or is it a custom? Where can I get one?

Great looking bow. Hoping to get a chance to shoot Curt's bows someday. Looks like a very solid limb hook-up! Pretty wood! Congratulations!

What a beauty of a bow!  Enjoy it!!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Wow Eric!  Good for you man!

That is one fine looking bow.  Curt really has a knack for putting woods together!

Good luck with it!

The case is included with the bow. It is a slick and perfect way to carry a T/D longbow or recurve.
