Sorry, I included pics of the hybrid longbow limbs with the Static Tip Limbs. Really like the Static recurve limbs. The last pic is a bow that belongs to someone else now!

Have you seen the ones on his website?
Here's a link to the gallery
http://www.stalkerrecurves.com/html/gallery.html
His instock bows page also has pictures of the individual bows.

Thanks guys,
I have seen the web site pics, just like to look at other guys bows/wood combinations. I'm about to pull the trigger on a Static any thoughts from the guys that have one? I'm test driving a 58" 52# Static right now. I like it.
Thanks,
Brent

Brent, I really like the static recurve. That is why I passed my Surge recurve on. As much as I liked the Surge the Static just fits my shooting better. Plus, I have longbow and the static limbs for the same riser which I really like. My Static limbs are 50# @ 29" and are quick and quiet. Can't go wrong with a static recurve from South!

Guys,
Thanks for all the input/info. Do you guys have any feelings about overall length? I draw pretty close to 28" and would probably lean towards a 60" bow, but I'm shooting a 58" and it feels pretty good.
Thanks again,
Brent

I'd say the 58" would be perfect, but check with South to be sure. In fact, mine is a 58" and I draw it to 29". South made the draw weight at 29" for me also.

Hey Brent,
Give South a call. He's a super cool guy! 58" at the shortest, but either should work just fine. I did an informal draw force curve on my 58" and it drew well out to 28"
This isn't my Static, but it's a beauty.

Thanks Mike, the 58" does feel good. I will talk it over with South and see what he thinks.
Ryan, what is the darker wood in your riser?
Thanks,
Brent

No hijack but...Ryan, I am shooting this static recurve so well I could POSSIBLY make the blooper reel on your next video! Brent, have South push the limits on the woods. He is an artist with the wood combo's even on the basic models!

Ryan,
The last pic you sent that you said wasn't your static.

Hey Brent,
I think it's cocobolo. When you talk to South, just ask him what woods he used for Kody's riser.
Mike,
I want you to be the super star!
