A great Sunday morning stumping
«
on:
March 18, 2012, 03:52:00 PM »
I decided yesterday to get out of the city and enjoy a day afield, stumping and scouting for turkeys.
How lucky was I with the weather, unreal for that time of the year!
I took a few pictures to share with you all
First, snow melting made the little creek run wild in the woods

And some more!
The old stumps, very wet were sooo soft today!
One of the last time I went stumping, the deep frozen stumps were breaking arras! Not today
Going for that stump!
And I was lucky on that one!

It was a great morning!
On that picture the bowie I picked at Denton last year from Ron Laclair (he scripted the handle ), the quiver I bought there too, and my Buffalo bow
