Sizing for ghillie coat?

Im looking to purchase a long coat from Rancho Safari and the only sizing info they have is for height. Is height the only factor to consider when ordering or do they need other measurements? I emailed them with this question but never got a reply. Hoping some of you guys that have the longcoats can give me a little insight. Thanks.

How big a guy are you?  I am 6' 210# and the Medium is plenty roomy, even with layers beneath when needed...

6'3" and 210# pounds and a large is big on me.  I have plenty of room to grow!

Im only 5'11" but Im 290+ and I have really wide shoulders so sometimes its hard to find stuff that fits right. I just dont want to order something then have to play the ship back and re order game. So that is why Im asking about the sizing. Thanks

5'9 220 here. Medium is EASILY big enough for me.
