I have owned and sold many Super Kodiaks from '67.5 to '69. In my experience depending on condition you may get between $250 and $350 in the condition you listed.
Refinishing does not hurt the value and at times may increase the value. Based on what you pay you may not get back your total investment if you want to just make a profit.
Having said that I kept one '67.5 Super Kodiak and it was in bad shape. I really liked the bow though. I sent it to Tradgang member for refinishing. He is going to refinish the bow, put on diamonback skins and a black beaver tail grip and shelf material. If I were to sell it I would loose money on it, but this one I am keeping, because I like the bow so much.
I can't wait to see it when it is refinished.
