Hello all, just wanted to say traditional archery has added another convert to the ranks. I received a used 64", 46# Predator Phoenix from a very nice gentleman up in Michigan last week and got a chance to shoot it for an hour or so on Saturday. I still can't believe how much fun it was and I can confidently say shooting my compound was never that enjoyable. I had read Jay Kidwell's book twice before ever nocking my first arrow and in no time I was drilling sticks at 20 yards--not with every shot, of course--but often enough to make it exciting and to know that I COULD figure this out. I'm completely stoked and my compound is going on craigslist.
