I use AD trad lites because they are so versatile and flexible with point weight.  I've used anything from 150-250 up front. Good luck.

Full length GT Traditional 75/95 with 100gr brass inserts and 125gr broadheads. I'm pulling over 30" and around 60# maybe a little more, haven't put this bow on a scale yet.

Full length 300 beman ics/trad only on my 55# @28 drawn to just under 32". I think a 175-225 grain seems to shoot the best. I am not very good with tuning so take my numbers with a grain of salt...Steve-O would be a much better go by.

I would think that a long 340 or 300 spine carbon would be a good choice depending on how much point weight you want to use.

31 1/2" 2216 with 125gr. tip would most likely work.

Wes Wallace Mentor 54@28 drawn to 30 or 31".
Full length beman classics .340. Basically what Steve-O said. Still need to tune it, but I'm guessing it's going to have a 200-250 gr pint up front with a 50gr insert.

I shot 340 Beman ICS bowhunters out of my Howatt Hunter: 55+lbs @30".
IMO 300's would be too stiff at the low end of your poundage, unless you went quite FOC, but not an expert.

I shoot 32 in arrows, usually beeman ics 300s rebel hunters75-95 or cx 350s and my schafer is about 65-66lbs at my 30 in draw. 200 grn point any heavier shows weak. I have found that most .300 spine arrows work at the heavier longer draws with varing point weight.
