Waldrop pacseat source?
«

What's happened? GFA's website has a fresh section indicating "The Waldrop PACSEAT is no longer available."
Before I call Mrs. Asbell, perhaps someone else can enlighten
me and hopefully direct me to a source. Thanks.

WOW! Just saw that. My wife ordered me one the beginning of March through Asbell. This is something really new. Send you a PM.

I ordered one on March 28, 2012, my credit card has been charged. When i attempted to obtain the email from the Asbell's website i receive an error. I need to email Mrs. Asbell to see if they are filling orders. Does anyone have the email address for Mrs. Asbell?

I've heard Waldrop has decided to go on his own. He might be having problems keeping up with demand since he's a self manufacturer.

I spoke with Mrs Asbell today and they no longer carry this product. Also, I got a full refund for my credit card purchase. Hope this is helpful.

For those interested, I just received a PAC seat end of March ordered through the Asbell's site. There are the following phone numbers on the seat and instruction sheet to contact David Waldrop directly.
706.561.7850
706.577.6495
Good luck boys. All I can say, it's a great product.

Brandywine I nominate you to make the phone call and post findings. I've got a baby due tomorrow, a wee bit busy or I'd do it myself.

I emailed Mrs. Asbell today, she called me back in few minutes and advised that Waldrop had stopped making the current seat. Since I had ordered my seat in March she was hoping my order would be filled, but she could not get me a date of arrival for the seat. She advised that Waldrop was supposed to be re-designing the seat.

OK, Mr. David Waldrop returned my call to 706-561-7850 and indicated that he is actively producing and shipping the PACSEAT. I ordered two. Regards, Kevin.

Great news guys. You love the seat. I'm already practicing from it getting ready for NY turkey season.

Does anyone have a photo of one and the price? I am considering buying a ghillie suit and hunting from the ground this fall. I will need some kind of stool or chair to sit on. I had strep infections in my knees when I was a kid an to this day I cant crouch down on my knees for very long without intense pain. I really envy my buddy who can kneel down on his knees for hours without any apparent side effects and he is 15 years older than me!
