Thanks for the warm welcome guys.  But, dagnabbit, I have already misled you nice folks.  The spreader isn't actually the first thing I bagged with the new bow.

Sadly, I shot my little girl's Barbie Jeep last week.  But, the hit wasn't as good and I was a little embarrassed with the shot as a whole, and in particular the penetration.  Maybe as I learn to tune things a bit better....

Barbie jeeps deserve what they get. Invasive alien species...

I have also learned that rakes, metal fence posts, shed walls, and cinder blocks tend to shatter and destroy shafts and broadheads. Luckily, I have an arrow maker on speed dial. I tend to just lose arrows rather than destroy them.

I actually have not had jeep scored.  I don't think we have an official Barbie Jeep scorer here locally.

Being the President and offical scorer for the QSMA (Quality Squirrel Management Association), I know how hard it can be to find a competent measurer.  When I was devising the B&S scale, which is the only official squirrel scoring system of which I am aware, I was very careful to make the terms and measurments as easy to understand as possible but my padawan learners have a hard time grasping some of the principles.  I say all of that to say this, I am sure Barbie Jeep scoring is highly involved and I wouldn't want to try it myself without training.  Heck, I might proclaim myself the world record holder after bagging the biggest Barbie jeep ever, even though I really have no idea how to score one.

BTW, have I mentioned yet that I am the current Squirrel World Record Holder?  My monster squirrel was taken in the hills of North Mississippi and scored 1.96 on the B&S scale.  He was truly a monster.

Bullie, I must humbly disagree with you on the age and as another Mississippian I know my Spreaders and that is a true trophy!  Please note picture below as to why I feel this way...   :readit:

Well, you may be right South MS.  I reckon it is a really nice spreader.  It does have some age on it for sure.  Reckon it will make the book?  I hope so.  I sure would like to take a record book specimen so I can wax all eloquent about my shooting skills and have folks just fawning over me at picture signings and such.

I hope it is Converml.  I am trying to learn how to use it.  I don't know much about these bows but it feels like a pretty good place to start.  You see the holes in the riser?  What kind of quiver is designed to fit those do you think?

Honestly, for a noob I'm impressed.

I think this might be the first pass thru by Texas heartshot I've seen.  Like a head on, entirely unethical, yet he's proof as to effectiveness
