A few months ago, a couple of guys got it in Laurens County, SC. I wear rubber gloves anyway.

It can be contracted via the air, as well. Haven't resorted to wearing a mask yet but always wear gloves when skinning one.

There were 112 cases of swine brucellosis in Florida last year. I personally knew three of the guys, they butcher a LOT of hogs,though.

Sounds like Ya ought to Shoot the Hog, cover with Flammables, and Set Fire to the Nasty Varmint.
