Well.... I just got back from Russia and what do you suppose was waiting for me? I drew my first AZ antelope tag in 8 years!!!! In my opinion I drew the best unit in AZ for archery unit 1.

Unit 1 eh. That seems awfull steep for it to be the best antelope unit! I love AZ; one of my few regrets in life was not taking a very good job out there. I have at least a dozen antelope points there. Good luck, can't wait to see the results

Congrats I have never thought of Unit 1 as a Great Antelope Unit. Is your tag an Archery only tag? I hope you have a great hunt.

In my mind Unit 1 is the best because it offers the most terrain features to use for stalking and ambushing. My next favorite is unit 7. In both of these units I find antelope back in the trees. When they get on the edge in the timber they are a lot easier to hunt.
