He is a sponsor listed on this site. Go to his web site and look under "Gallery" you will see plenty of pics. Good luck.

Alan take a look at the stickbow site under the leather wall section. Type in stewart longbow and look under the pics by a guy named 36 bound. Monty takes great pics. good luck

Alan,

The limbs are curly maple. Leon uses diamond wood for the riser. This one is a chestnut stain and something else. Chestnut is the really thin color in the middle. I love it. (:

What I really like is the Pecan stain on the limbs. When I got it I thought is was too light a color. Wow, how it has grown on me.

Leon is a great guy. You will not go wrong with his artful building of a bow.

Very nice Martin. I believe the pecan stained curly maple limbs could grow on me as well.

Thanks.

Killi those are some beautiful bows you have there. Would you be kind enough to tell us what the wood combos are? Thank you for sharing the pics.

My BAS is Goncalo Alves, with boo cores and brown glass. The Slammer I kept is probably GA, with Yew back and curly Maple belly.

I forget what Clark's is, I will have to drag it out after work.

Shouldn't have looked at mine. Now I wanna play hooky and shoot!   :banghead:

Thanks again. I'm thinking about Goncola Alves with brown glass back, yew core and belly for a 68" Slammer. Of course his cocobola looks real nice...
