Awesome!
I know I spend as much time hunting for a bow for my wife as do looking for gizmos for me. One of these days...
She usually outfishes me and I can't wait till she can outshoot me.
Now all your wife needs is a handle and TradGang profile!

Very exciting and congratulations. Very impressive that you figured a way to be successful while dealing with some limitations. Most would not have been that patient and or willing to try. I tip my hat too you and your wife. I hope others will see your post and learn from it or be inspired to try for themselves or for their kids.

Thanks folks. I wouldn't want to tie into a big hog with that setup but she got complete penetration on her sow. I'm very proud of her and happy with the performance of her setup. She did put in some time getting used to those heavier arrows. She normally shoots 300 grains and she used 500 grain arrows on the hunt.
I talked to the guide last year about her and her equipment and again when we got to camp last week. I just wanted to do everything I could to try to make her first hunting harvest a good one. The fellow we hunt with was a huge help in this also. He helped to get her where she was comfortable with the situation and it all fell in place.
She told me this evening she's looking forward to next year. I'm a happy boy!
