Changing Quivers Made A BAD Difference
« on: July 29, 2007, 11:16:00 PM »
I put a selway on my longbow to start getting ready for the season tuning it and at first was using one of the type that have the screw on nuts and all was fine..well it dodnt fit my Kathy Kelly longbow case so well and I switched to one that slips down the linbs. NOW I get string slap all of a sudden..whats up with that ya think?

The bow is torqueing in your hand because of the side weight of the quiver. I`ve never been able to shoot a longbow with a quiver on it although I`ve known people that can. Maybe I don`t hold my bow tight enough.
