Aluminum BH Adaptors

Anyone ever had a problems with these failing?
these are the 42gr ones, I know the steel ones are stronger. They are just the right weight for me.....

A lot of people fuss over them not being strong enough, but I would be real surprised to see one damaged on impact. I have had some ruined but they were bent after the shot when the broadhead was buried in a shoulder or leg. I would use them with confidence.

We still have a stock of the older Magnus 42 grain longs. Unlike most others they were made with 7075 aluminum, about the strongest aluminum adapter you'll find IMO.
Not to suggest others are inferior, the only aluminum adapters of any kind I've managed to bend have hit something so hard the arrow was stopped anyway.

I used them on Magnus 1's and Simmon's Tigersharks. If they hit the spine they would break behind the threads.LCH
