Different length strings
«

I purchased a custom made string 2 months ago which serves me extremely well. 8^) Last night I measured it at the same brace height off the bow as the string that came with the bow and it was 1/2" longer. My shooting does not seem to be effected. Will this or has this done any damage?

Shouldn't hurt a thing. Materials stretch a bit (any of them) and twists settle in after the string has been shot.

Thats normal.Just twist it up a couple times to put it back. You should find someone to show you how to make your own. Its really not to hard to do. And it is really rewarding to make your own stuff, cheaper to.
