turkey season tomorrow!!!!!

I was tucked away in my pop up blind..iknow...I still got wet though. I had birds gobbling on the roost at dawn, until it started pouring.  They were the last gobbles I heard.  I had a lone hen come by, but that was it.

Good luck every one.  I'll be at it again tomorrow morning.

Had to be in court this morning so I never got after em til 10:50. After about a 100 yard hike from the truck  I heard them gobbling right where I figured them to be. I moved to within 80 yards of the field edge and caught glimpses of 3 gobblers.
            They came as close as 70 yards but my hypnotic gaze failed to turn them my way and they continued on down the field edge, right past where I had intended to set up and wait before their gobbling lured me in their direction.
        Tomorrow is another day.          :mad:            :rolleyes:
