I'm tickled to see Mudd get another bow. I know he was really looking forward to that. Another good thing is that he's coming to the house tomorrow. Gonna get to shoot his new bow! A visit with my best buddy & get to shoot a new bow. gonna be a good day.
God Bless

Awesome sir! Great looking bow and I really like the side view with those cedar lams. I am a big fan of the psalms, as you can see from my verse:)
Show me your ways, LORD,teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me,for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.

No problem Mr Johnson!

I took it as a biblical message.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone.

Mr Johnson did an awesome job.

Great bow Mudd! That white glass just adds the perfect touch. With bows like that we may end up with a Dave Johnson thread!   :archer2:

Mudd, I believe the middle lamination is a short strip of yew wood. Dave has a supply of it that came from Earl Ulrich's (sp?) wood shead.

Great looking bow!
IMO, Dave is one the few bowmakers in the country that builds a bow in the true Hill style.

Mudd, You could open the book of Psalms to anywhere the pages fell open at, and blindly put your finger on a verse... and it would be a good one.
