Don,
I'm liken' that quiver cause I use my two blade hand forged tppit heads.  It really dresses up the Shrew.  Will you have any at Denton??

I'm already a "dyed in the wool" shrew shooter...tippit

KSShrewman, it may be a while before they are listed on our website. Ron is the fastest way to get one, and that shrew image looks good on them.

Tippit, we should have them at Denton. I like that idea of hand forged heads. Do you make any extra to trade?

Ron, I'm still trying to find a used Shrew bow of about 42-45#. Some of my buddies have them but in 50-60#. They sure are hard to find.

My buddy, Doug Burns, and I just ordered a couple of these quivers to take to Australia with us to hunt buffalo in July. We will be using the new VPA 2 blade offset single bevel broadheads that should fit nicely into the "Flathead". The quivers will be mounted onto two beautiful Shrew Safari bows that were designed after consultation between Ron LaClair, Gregg Coffey, Andy Ivy and me. The Safari model has Asiatic Water Buffalo horn on the back of the grip and the tips, along with beautiful exotic wood veneers and bamboo/carbon/mystery/uniweft cores. The Safaris also have BowBolts that turn them into two piece bows that travel well in tubes that can be stowed in our checked duffel bags for transportation on planes and in vehicles. Here is the information on Doug's Shrew Safari.  http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=105711#000000   Mine is similar but with Koa veneers as opposed to Doug's waterfall bubinga veneers. The Flathead quivers will be customized with two colors of leather on each to coordinate with our respective Safari bows. I think this will be the perfect equipment combination. I will also take along the EFA 5 Arrow Navaho Chief quiver I used last year in Oz so that I can have the option of carrying a quiver full of VPA Terminator 300 grain 3 blade broadheads if I so choose.

Excellent work Ron and Gregg, love that look!

The bows that Allan described are drop dead gorgeous. Looks like we will have to spend some extra effort to make two quivers worthy of them.

Looking forward to getting those quivers, Don. I know they will be just the ticket for our Shrew Safari bows.

Allan, this is what it'll look like.

We live in the present, we dream of the future, but we learn eternal truths from the past
When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.
Life is like a wet sponge, you gotta squeeze it until you get every drop it has to offer
