Heavy Surewoods-I likem
« on: May 15, 2012, 06:39:00 PM »
Got some tapered Surewood shafts from David at Wilderness Arrows.Weighing in the upper 680s.Great flight and tremendous at driving it home when they hit.I am simply thrilled with the performance and quality.Shooting them off my 49 pound Cari-Bow Slynx and it likes em.I consistently shot a little high with my Slynx but the heavy Surewoods solved that problem. Now if I can draw a Maine moose tag I will be in business. Thanks David  and I will be sending more Okla money to Oregon.

Yes Snag makes a good arrow. The best aspect of doing business with him is he answers your e-mails and he is helpful. He has great cust. service that is something that is getting harder to find.

The arrows I got from snag are almost to pretty to shoot. I love them. My finished arrows weigh right around 710gr. Heavy and deadly quiet out of my bows. Outstanding craftsmenship.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm really looking forward to seeing what some of you guys bring down with these arrows this year.
I talked to a guy yesterday that beat the "carbon guys" with my arrows at a tournament. That made my day! haha  Sorry carbon guys....

Ya, once you try Surewoods, they'll spoil you for much of anything else! I just got 3 dozen shafts from them last week that I need to make into arras this weekend.  Always great service from those guys too.

Yes, I saw lot's of praises for the work that David was doing. I bought some tail tapered and nock/point tapered shafting from him hoping for some good things.  Unfortunately, I'm running into a problem with the quality of his shafts......

;)    ....they seem to be grouping together to closely. Nice marketing plan you have there Snag.  Yes, I'm sure at this rate I'll be ordering more shafts soon.    :notworthy:
