Self Bow Carp
« on: May 22, 2012, 04:17:00 PM »
I had a moment to spare this morning between a little overtime and the boys getting home from school so I decided to step out in the rain for a bit. The shooting was difficult due to very muddy water but every once in a while I could catch one rolling on the surface.

The self bow seemed to get "wobbly" on me after being out in the rain for a while, definitely had some string follow to it after I unstrung it. The bow is a 53#er made by Curt Briskey. Very nice bow and these were the 1st anything Ive ever killed with a selfbow.
