im new to traditional archery and just bought a bear kodiak hunter, what do i need to do to keep this beauty a beauty and shootin great for ever. thanks.....

I like to refinish/seal my bow everyother year.
Knowing not to leave the bow in a car/truck in the dreeded Summer heat.
Wiping down the after a wet weather hunt & rewaxing of the string before & after that kind of weathered hunt.
Others will post more things that will help too.
