Mike,
First, I am saddened to read that your situation has taken you to this point. I know how much you enjoy archery and bows. I really hope you are able to shoot and hunt still.
Second, it's great that you have the ability to pass this on and maintain a legacy.
I wish you and your step-son the best in the future and hope you're not a stranger to Tradgang!

I am very happy your now going to be able to rest a bit mike. You for sure deserve it. Bryce is very good at what you have taught him and will be a great bowyer. With the shop right next door, and your perfectionism, I sure your eyes will be on the job all the time anyway. There will be a gaggle of people who will miss your professionalism and wisdom. For that, I am glad I'm your personal friend and I will continue to be around to irritate you every chance I get. Be well my friend. Your gonna need the energy for all those hunts you've been wanting to do over the years. Go get'um Bryce, you've got the best teacher anyone could ask for.

Mike my friend, Bryce will do a wonderful job and will bring in a different artistic flare. I cant wait to see what both of your minds will come up with next. But do not think for a minute that any of us will lighten up just because you are passing the torch----we are all still gunning for you on the range. Looking foward to our next hunt together. Elk season is comming faster than you think so lube up those mechanical joints in you feet and get ready.
Hey, you did tell Bryce that those people who shoot for you get a free bow every 2 years right? (doesnt hurt to try)

Dang it Mike. Hope you still make it to the shoots. It was a pleasure to meet you at the shoot in CA. Take care of yourself.
