Knife question - Bear M.G.C?
«

I picked up a damascus steel big bowie knife. It is made by Bear M.G.C.
It seems like a good quality knife. Has anyone ever heard of them? I was going to put this question on the knife thread but you can only discuss knives made by our Tradgang members there.
I thought I would try here to see if anyone has heard of them before.
Thanks
Gil

. I believe it was once Bear and Sons. They are out of Alabama. I got a small skinner as a gift last year. Pretty good looks and has held up well. I think they are a pretty good knife

I've had a lock blade pocket knife from them for around 10 years and it has been good.

I believe it was guys from Gerber. They are good knives for the money.
