Compton, who's coming????
« on: June 05, 2012, 08:57:00 AM »
Less then 2 weeks now, just wondering who to look out for.  I'll be the guy hobbling around on crutches.  Please stop me and say hello.  I'm going to have a 3'x4' aerial photo (with 2' contour lines) with me and I'm looking for advice as to where you would set up and why.

I'm getting one of the Tradgang member's son out there for the youth season and want him in the highest odds spot.  I haven't been able to put any leather on the ground there this year, due to surgeries, but there is finally light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully critters hanging from the gambrel too.

See you there,

John, Jason, Connie and me will make our annual trip to Compton's.  Stop by the booth and check out the new bows.

We'll have our new ACS-RC limbs for both ILF and the Orion Bolt-down bows.

I'll be there with the boys!  We were going to get a hotel, but I finally broke down and bought a Kodiak canvas tent...got tired of replacing the cheap ones every couple of years!

You'll have to let me know where you're setting up...hopefully in the shade some ware!

Should be a great time!!

No, the boys will not be coming this year.  Next year, yes both the boys will be there.  Nick was asking about Nevaeh as well.  He said that hopefully she will be in Grayling, or the Great Lakes Longbow Invitational in August.

Grayling No, we will be in Pennsylvania fishing on Lake Erie for walleye. We wouldn't miss the GLLI, is basically in our back yard. I'll let her know.

We are looking forward to the GLLI already.  Before we know it, it'll be here.

Here is a motivator for her to get out and practice with her bow.  The 1st place winner in each of the kids' 3 different age groups will win one of these, along with other prizes.
