I am shooting a Mahaska long bow.  58# @ 28" Arrows are Carbon Express 250 with 100gr inserts and 125 grain Muzzy Phantoms.  The shot took out a lung and the heart.  He ran about 70 yards and I heard him expire less than 30 seconds after the shot.
