Been to Florida twice this year so far, plan on Montana Fly fishing for 3 weeks, other than that it looks like NC deer hunting is all ill do this season.

No out of state plans this year, going to spend 10 days in Papa Bears ole stomping grounds at the Mason track in Grayling and just hunt behind the house.

Not going away this year, just local and the Adirondacks. Next year I may be going to Missouri for a week. I have a friend out there who is getting me hooked up on his place! So this year it will areas with low deer density but very familiar!

Flyfishing Wyoming in a couple weeks.  Bird hunting South Dakota in November.  Everything else here at good ol' Missouri home.

Looks like in state for me, but I am expanding out into the very limited public ground that is near our property. I am also going to try hunting off the ground for the first time, so that will be a new experience as well!

Nothing extraordinary.  I'll be hunting my regular areas around home, but also was invited to hunt some private property in Missouri during deer season this year.
Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.

I will spend a lot of time at my hunting lease this year chasing the local critters.  No plans to hunt out of State or take any trips.

If I draw my elk area, I will be hunting them about 20 miles from home. Whitetails, turkey, and maybe antelope all within 10 minutes from the house.

Deer hunting in Michigan, maybe Bear if I draw a tag.  Georgia for hogs in feb. with the HH gang, and probably back to Ray's in SC at some point. Seeing as how I'm retiring in 2 mos. I'll have plenty of time and hopefully enough cash for my trips.

Going to really concentrate on getting my first trad kill this year.  I've been shooting for two years now, but I've been in the field only a couple of times, mostly because I have not been entirely comfortable/confident until now.  It's on this year!

Also, planning a trip to Nebraska this year  ...  a little more "target rich environment" if you know what I mean.

Anyway, GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!!!!

I'm going to try for my 2nd Bear in N.Ga. There has been a big one seen in my area that will go between
400-500 pounds.
Will deer hunt here at home as well.
I would like to get out west again for Elk before I get too old and out of shape.
