I sometimes think about hunting with some folks on here. Always thought RC would be one of the guys. I've even got a HH that was made for him. Even better. After seeing his hunting grounds, I think he needs to come up here!

RC, I have a little observation (for what's it worth) There must not be any hogs around there cause snakes are candy to hogs and hogs are candy to gators. So you have alot of snakes and it looks like the gator is moving out! You must have killed all the hogs or they herd that you were coming to the swamp and they left!
That is a cool looking snake!!!

Me and snakes don't quite get along. I have two fears, snakes and height other than that I am too stupid to be afraid of anything else.
Anyone on here stationed at Fort Stewart? If so Pm me please.

I think I'll just keep hunting here. No desire to see those reptile creatures that close up!

Was thinking about heading over there in a couple weeks. Glad to know I will have plenty of company if I do.

I know how ya feel RC..
Some days after a few encounters with cotton mouths and rattlesnakes you just get a feeling it's time to back out, regroup and come back another day. And most importantly, thank the Lord !

Boy, do I like Iowa and Wisconsin! Great pictures RC, but I'll admit I'm very partial to cooler climates without all your "friends". Thanks for sharing your pictures!
