My youngest at the weekends 3D shoot using a club hire bow.

This is the new bow we should have in a couple of weeks, can't wait to get them both together.

My 4H traditional archery group started with two young ladies two years ago and looks like I will have six this year. They are going to outnumber the boys soon.
We use inefficient tools by choice, precisely because they are inefficient. Making them more efficient defies our original intentions.

These are of my little girl Kylie

And this one was a photo for a silhouette that was made into a sticker for my truck window.

And this is her silhouette / sticker made from the photo by Hardcore Archery, they are available with your daughters name on them(and my son also made a sticker and that is also available). They have Traditional Archer above the silhouette and their name below it.

Thanks Ryan, she's adorable. I've settled on a 54-58" bow at around 30 @ 28. If anyone has one send me a pm.

Keep the Trad Gang Gals coming, this is kinda neat to have them all in one thread.

Thanks TJ

What can I say?  Awesome thread!  TJ, I hope your daughter gets the bug.

Mine enjoys walking around and watching me shoot.. She sometimes hugs and kisses the targets though...  I gotta work on that...

Oh yeah, great shot Joe. There is no doubt in my mind little Miss Lacefield will be a shooter. I'll never forget the time you out shot me with her as a baby in a pouch on your back. That was just downright disrespectful come to think of it.

Thanks for everyone's help on the eye dominance issue.  My daughter is left eyed dominate and RH.  I started her shooting last night left handed and she loved it.  Now I have two of the neighbor girls wanting me to teach them to shoot.  One is six the other nine.  The nine year old is 100% left like me the other six year old is left eyed dominate and RH like my daughter.  Though I will have my handful tonight at least we will all shoot left handed.  Hopefully that will make it easier.

I just survived teaching three new archers.  My 7 year old, and my neighbor's 6 & 9 year old girls.  Strangely all 4 of us are left eye dominate which helped.  They all had a blast and didn't even complain about our 108 degree heat we had today.  Now I am on the hunt for a bow for my daughter (7) as I have been borrowing bows from the archery range the past couple nights.  I have been looking at the Black Rhino 42 or 48" bows or the Samick Polaris 48" bow.  The Samick bow is cheaper and looks good but the Rhino is American made (no clue on the Samick).  What are your thoughts?
