Best birthday present ever!
« on: June 24, 2012, 12:36:00 PM »
I got to spend the day with my 2 favorite guys. We got out before the heat and pretty well had the course to ourselves. I'm lucky to have 2 kids that will roll out at 6a.m. to shoot a bow. Great day. Sorry about the pics my phone is crap.

I have to say I'm starting to really love my Two Tracks Longwalker.

Pics look fine to me. Great Father / Sons time right there. They will never forget the time you spend with them. You are truly blessed.

Your phone may take crappy pictures,as you say, but you sure captured the look of fun. What a great way to spend your birthday. Congratulations.

Happy Birthday Rob! Looks like a great day! My son is 13 and he's an outdoorsman. Love's to fish and hunt so I feel pretty lucky myself. Where do you usually shoot at? I didn't get to turkey hunt at all this year or I would have got with ya. If you want to get together and shoot somtime, let me know. Great pics BTW!

Thanks for the kind words guys. I don't have to worry about crappy pics anymore. My awesome wife just gave me a Panasonic Lumix dmc-sz02 for my hunting pack. Pretty good day.

Jason,
We shoot Patoka lake, Beaver lake, and Sugar Ridge usually. Sometimes Branchville and Harrison co. Harrison has the only all Trad shoot I know of but they are all pretty good courses.

Do you ever get to Scottsburg? They have a nice all trad shoot over there about once a month. If you go to ITBA's web site they will have a shoot schedule. I think the next one is the 21 of
July. I wouldn't mind to go to the patoka shoot sometime. Might even drag the boat over there and do some fishing. Kill two birds with one stone!

Never been to Scottsburg but would like to check it out. We will have to get together if we get a break in the heat.
