I just got a Tenzing TZ 2220  that I'm currently trying.  So far it's working out great, quiet, comfortable and holds everything that I need.

I have the Bisongear Teton pack also. It is an awesome pack, simple design, well built & comfy to carry. The shoulder straps are super nice, you can really load it and have ne problem with shoulder strain. It is the perfect day pack IMO.

My pic of it is on there website.

Water bladder x2. The most valuable thing in my packs.
Camelback makes a quality pack. There are well made similar army issue packs at your local army surplus.
