Holm-made bows, lets see some pics
« on: July 07, 2012, 11:12:00 AM »
I'm considering buying or ordering one of Chad's bows at Denton Hill. I'm not sure if I want the Osprey or the River Runner.I'll have to shoot them to decide. I would love to see some pics and a description of the wood combinations.

Not sure if Chad will be at Denton Hill..but I'm not that far from you. We could get together at some point ...I have a river Runner and an Osprey, soon to have a 64" dual shelf Goshawk.

I'm really guessing at the limb veneers, but it looks an awful lot like the osage on my Mojostick. It sure is a smooth little bow! I have two 50# 'curves and will probably continue to hunt them, but this one is really sweet when I want to shoot for a while.

Pretty bow Ron. Sure does look like osage.

Thanks Cliff. I'm still shooting my Mohawk, but still thinking about trading for a 68" 2-piece.
