anyone tried it?
if it flies, it would eliminate the high-wear bottom hen, and nock orientation concerns, just like 4-fletch.
i'm thinking 1 o'clock/7 o'clock, but could fool with that.

I did some primitive arrows last year that where two fletch and they flew great. I think if your arrows are tuned right it don't really matter.

It sounds similar th the primitive eastern 2 fletch also known by other Indian names.
Give it some testing, and let us know how it works.
It is probably hard to beat the standard 3 fletch.

Just made some up with the 2 by 5 inch high cut banana style, and they fly great. Quiet too.

Target archery is seeing how far away you can get and still hit the bull's eye. Bowhunting is seeing how close you can get and never miss your mark.

ok. results:
i thought 1/7 o'clock made the most sense, but as was said on the thread traxx sent me to, 5/11 works better.
it flies like a laser! noticeably faster than 3, i think, but wish i still had my chrono from my reloader days.
rotates slower. haven't tried broadheads or wet yet.
so far, though, i'm encouraged.
