Which sponsor for feathers?
« on: July 16, 2012, 10:16:00 AM »
Hey guys I've finally just about depleted my feather supply and need to order some more. I remember that the last time I ordered feathers I got them from someone who would sell them in 100 count batches and would let you mix and match colors. Who can I order a couple hundred from that would let me mix and match colors? Thanks, Brad.

Magnus makes some really nice ones from real turkey feathers. I think he can dye them any color you want.

I get mine from Rocky Mt Specialties, and I mix and match them.

Aren't most feathers for archers from "real" turkeys?  :D

Thanks guys, I know Magnus does natural turkey feathers, as a matter of fact I'm gonna be hitting him up here shortly to send him some turkey wings that I have to get processed.

Does he also sell "regular" feathers? What I need right now is 5" shields in FLo Orange, Chartreuse, Pink, and White. That's what I was looking for with my original question.

Matt sells "regular" feathers. He'd also appreciate your business.

He also sells goose feathers that are amazingly tough.

I have a bunch of TrueFlight 5.5" shields and full length, both solid and barr colors.  I can mix and match dozens.

"The Nocking Pointe" is a great source for all traditional supplies. Give Mike a call. You will not be disappointed. Just realized you were looking for a TG sponsor. It appears that "The Nocking Pointe" is not on our sponsor list. Sorry for the confusion. I'm surprized that they are not listed.

The knocking Point is a sponsor here. Listed in the "N's". Mike is a great guy and so is Rick. All the sponsors here are top notch.
