Big Foot Trad Bow on Television

Tonights episode of Sasquatch on the Outdoor channel is the episode in which he is hunting mountain lion with the Sasquatch bow. Thought I'd let anyone know that wants to catch it or record it. Not sure where the original post about this went.
Nice to see on television!

I saw the show. If I heard the narrator correctly he called it a recurve bow when it was a longbow.

yeah...oooops...i caught that too. but got to say he made a nice shot on that cat so got to hand it to him. i was worried he just got a hawken and a longbow to make the show better and did not really know what he was doing.
so far so good....

I like the show. It's a far cry from the wack em n stack em BONE COLLECTOR mentality type shows that have taken over TV hunting shows of today.
I like the format and it's well narrated. I just wish narrator would have done his homework and given Kirk credit for the Sasquatch bow instead of flubbing it up and telling the world it was a Bear bow......hopefully that will be corrected in a future episode.

I really enjoyed the show. Its much better than most out there. He did make a very nice shot and your bow looks great Kirk! Watching him go through the brush made me think that he will need a refinish down the line but that bow did the job for sure! Congrats on being part of that!
