Yep.  I bought a dozen XX75 Blues for $29.95/doz.  Cheaper than wood so I figured why not.  Glad I did. I also shoot 2016 w/ 200gr points out of my HHA longbow (50#@28").  Total arrow weight is 565grs.  Plenty of weight for almost anything that walks.

I would go with the lighter one.  Also dont cut those arrows until you bareshaft them. Made that mistake once adn the arrows came out way to stiff for my set up.

-bear kodiak 60"  45# at 28"

I shoot 2016's with 125's from a 50# r/d longbow and a 50# recurve with excellent results. They go where I look and they shoot near perfect holes thru paper. I can't remember the exact length I have them cut, but they are around the 29.5" mark. They come out around 485 grains finished arrow.
