Morrison 13" ILF riser question

I have a set of Morrison foam core E limbs. They are marked 43# @ 28, and scale out at just that on a 17" Das riser. My question is, on a 13" Gen 2 riser will the bow weight be about 47#.

Weird thing about Bobs limbs...They all scale the same rated weight,regardless of riser length on his stuff. Your 43#ers will be 43#ers on the 13"riser. Or they would be 43#ers on one of Bobs 17" or 19" risers as well. Has to do with his limb pad angles. rat'
