Tusker broadheads

I just looked at these online...wow ! These heads look like the real deal...anyone have any comments or experience with them ?

They are a great BH! I've killed a few hogs with them and they did a great job. I used the Concorde LW SB in a 145 grain with 100 grain brass insert behind it for 245 grains up front on a 3555 GT arrow. Blew right through both Hogs I shot and were still sharp enough to shave with afterwards.

I used the Aztecs in 200 grains only double sided broadheads I use! Shot a small sow last year went straight through her and 8 inches in the ground on the other side into a root did't bend the head a lick touched it up and it was back to a Razor's Edge!

I have the 250gr lw concoreds, fly great and are a pain to sharpen lol.   Im going to order some KME sharp tuskers soon, those should be awsome

I Love my Tusker Aztecs 200 grn.... They are Javelina kill'n heads.  Planning on buying some more.  Sutty

I'll buck the trend.  Adequate broadheads for  reasonable price.  Unless they come presharpened by Ron, the come extremely dull and are more difficult than most to sharpen, although how much effort you want to put in is up to you.  For North American game, they will do very well, just as nearly every broadhead out there will do.  Performed rather poorly on heavy bone impact tests that I saw when compared to tuffhead and VPA broadheads.  The tuffheads are sharp out of the package and the vpa's are much easier to sharpen.  Best thing about the tuskers is the price, IMHO.  I have shot a few animals with the concords, and they did fine.

I have used concords with much success. As Pat said, a lot of work sharpening them. Out of the package, you could walk on the edge.       Once sharp, it is easy to keep sharp and holds a good edge.
