It was the right thing to do. I know it wasn't easy, but with the HEAT here in Dallas, you needed to put the Fridge out of its Misery.  :)

Looks like something out of Jimmy Buffet's song Boat Drinks...something to do with cabin fever.

break off the arrow with about 6 inches remaining...then make a sign that says,

"When I say shut the fridge door behind you, I MEAN IT!!!"

Reminds me of a joke I just heard...

The wife left a note on the fridge:

"It's not working, I can't take it anymore!!
Gone to stay with my Mother"

I opened the fridge, the light came on and the beer was cold.........

What the heck is she talking about?
In the wind, he's still alive...

that was house fridge and not a beer fridge in garage?  Oh crap...yeah you best sell your bows to us......or buy a girly magnet to stick over it.  Get one of those rare earth magnets with clip so she cant pull it off and then put a list of chores on it...hahahaha  Nobody will move it for fear of seeing the work to be done.  :)

Years ago when my wife and I moved into our new home the basement was unfinished so I practiced shooting my wheely bow down there when no one was home.  One nite I missed the target and the concret block and the arrow zipped right through the buffalo board and vinyl siding into the neighbors yard.  The wife wasn't impressed, still reminds me from time to time.

I must admit that this thread had me in tears as I read it!  It reminds of when I was 12 (many years ago) I had set up a target in front of my parents barn.   I was shooting a 40# Young American recurve.  At some point in my practice session I overshot the target, the arrow passed neatly between the tightly closed barn doors and logged itself in my aunt and uncle's new fifth wheel camper (right between the twin propane tanks!).  Explain that one to your parents!!

Glad no one was hurt and thanks again (all) for the laugh!

If your wife asked what happend just say I dont know honey it wasent me.all joking aside it makes ya think when shooting anything can happen be carful I hate when an arrow skips off the back of a 3-d target an it just goes sailing.
