Which 2-blade broadhead shapens easiest?

That's a problem because retaining the edge can be a critical issue as it passes through the wound channel if it hits bone it can lose its edge.

I would make my choice of head based on toughness quality of construction etc. then learn how to sharpen it efficiently

Me too!!  I shoot Zwickys.  I dont thing they are soft, might be the design that makes folks think they are easy to sharpen.  I can sharpen up a magnus in half the time or maybe even less than it takes to sharpen a Zwicky Delta.

Get a KME sharpener system and they are all easy.  Some just take a bit longer than others because the steel is harder.

The KME got my Grizzleys to a polished edge that made my eyes bleed just looking at them!  That's not just sharp...that's KME sharp!

I have to work my zwickeys with the extreme course diamon file for quite awhile to get the bevels set on the eskimo's.   Once the bevel's are set they are pretty easy to bring back sharp.   I tinkered with some magnus and they were by far much harder imho.   I sharpen all mine with a lansky set to 25 degrees.   anything steeper is too much to hold a durable edge for my tastes.

Zwickey's with a file or an Accusharp. Old Bear greenies with a file.

Grizzlies have me stumped in the sharpening category.... Magnus stingers are no problem.

My current head is STOS I can get them pretty sharp with a file but Accusharp really makes them shaving sharp. Works on Magnus IIs. Nugent Blade was a good one too!

I am referring to the new Bill Dunn Grizzlies. Never tried to sharpen an old one. If you are having trouble sharpening the new ones you are doing something wrong.

I have to give the new Grizzlies a try. They'd be near perfect out of my set-up(48#@28).
The old ones get super sharp and hold an edge but (for me) they took forever to sharpen.
I'll give them a try.Where can I get them?

Sharpening is one thing holding the edge is another. Always keep the hardness of the metal in mind, a week metal will sharpen easy but will not stay sharp.
