Oliverstacey and Two Tracks
« on: August 09, 2012, 05:28:00 PM »
I've had My Longwalker for a few months now and I think I like it more everyday. I decided that I needed a back-up string before season so I got in contact with Josh(Oliverstacey)and sent him a pic of the bow. It is a padded 10 strand d-10 which is what Chuck sent with the bow as original equip just a different color combo. Cedar/ dark brown / brown. I think he did well.

And this is what this combo looks like first shot through paper after a guess on the nock height. The little white dot is my arrow stuck in the center of a shot out broadhead target down range. Flat shooter.

After extensive testing(bored in the basement) I switched back to Chuck's silencers from my beaver ones also. This bow, string, silencer combo is by far the quietest and most forgiving I have shot. Hopefully a deadly combo come October. Top notch Tradgang sponsors for sure.

Dynamic Duo....           :notworthy:

I have four meticulously crafted strings from Josh (Oliverstacey) and will have the pleasure of playing with Chucks longbows in a matter of a few days.

Great guys - dependable, honest, and dang good at what they love to do.

Is Chuck a write-in??  He's got my vote!!!  Will he still build bows??

I am so happy with Josh's  work.  He makes top notch strings and gets them to you fast.

Just got two new ones from Josh and they were perfect as usual.

The feathers I just sent you were done with a grinder from Chuck.
