Looking for Short-brimmed caps for BH club
« on: August 07, 2007, 01:16:00 PM »
Anyone know a good supplier of short-brimmed, bowhunter caps?  I am in charge of buying some for my bowhunting organization and cannot find any.

Grey Wolf Woolens has some short billed polar fleece caps.

They are a sponsor here.  Check the sponsors list above.

You might try contacting this outfit:   http://www.goldenspecialties.net/

They do garments for TBM and PBS.  The main man is a trad bowhunter and should understand what you are looking for.  I don't know how they are on price or service but I have seen them around.

Good luck!

We bought green acrylic "radar" style short bill stocking caps for the Iowa Traditional Bowhunters Society and had them embroidered with "ITBS".  Contact our president, Gene Winter, at [email protected] for details (I don't know who he found for a supplier).

Scott,
Thanks.

T Lail,
That is what I did. The embroiderer doesn't have a supplier for the short-brimmed versions and said he would work with someone if I could find a supplier - or get them myself.  He's a small operation in PA and giving us a GREAT price on his work.

Scott S,
Thanks.  I will contact our pres. and see if those type hats are what we might want - before I contact Gene.

Redfeathers,
I'll check your PM today.
