I really appreciate all of the nice comments and support, Tradgang is awesome. I had the same tag back in 2003 and invited my Grandfather to come out and hunt with me, it was our last hunt before he passed away. Upon returning to hunt again nine years later, I brought with me a cedar arrow and shot it out into the sunset across the desert the night before the hunt started, as a token of respect and love for my Grandpa. It is hard to explain my feelings as I watch that arrow disappear, but I felt a little extra good luck for the following day. The hunt was already complete by returning to the same mountain range and reliving those memories. Taking this buck was just a bonus. Best of luck to you all this fall, be safe and shoot straight.
