I draw a solid 29" and it was smoother than most bows I've shot. Dave Dwyer said it only gains 2.5lbs/inch at the end of the draw, and I believe it. I took that bow elk hunting last fall and my arrow setup was this. 57@28 Endeavor, so about 60@29 for me, Beman ICS 340's cut to 31" with 300gr. up front. I paid $850 for it less than two years ago and it's about half that price right now. I'll take one of your Whips as a finders fee!
