One thing that works well for me is call from the highest point you can. Better call coverage and they seem to decoy better if they are flying up to you instead of scanning you from high above.
Don't know about your Terrain but I have some bluffs that are great calling spots.

i have harvested them with a recurve,when you start calling you either need to kill the sentry birds that come first or let the whole flock come in...its usually 1 or 2,i always killed the sentries then its a free for all with the other ones........

Havent got one yet in the air . But its sure fun. I just use my coyote decoys for them. They have a language . Theres places on the web that you can learn to talk crow.Realy helps.
