I have seen 3 Florida panthers, the pic is fuzzy but it looks couger like to me.

That is a gray fox. Gray back, red skirt, white under chin, and fluffy tail. I put a magnifying glass to it.

I am with the big cat folks.  Body is much longer than the coyote with the distance comparison.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
