New bow......sorry its kinda pic heavy

Last year Mindy and I reached a goal we had been striving for. We paid off our house. With a goal there needs to be a reward, we each got to pick an item that we wanted......she got some fancy purse. I chose a new bow. I am very partial to Black Widows and live very close. I wanted a cocobolo riser with yew accents and yew limbs. Talked to Toby and their wood guy had some good cocobolo but it was still needed a few months to dry. Finally got the call that the wood was in. In short order I was in Nixa stacking up pieces of wood and picking laminations. After driving Roger crazy with the laser engravings I have a finished product 4 days before bow season. Sorry but I uploaded a bunch of pics.

Wow beautiful bow! I love that darker yew in the limbs. All the yew I have ever seen is much lighter than that.

That's one purty Widow!
Is it just me or is the Riser shaped differently? Regardless, I like it !
