Preseason Warm Up - Squirrel Pics
« on: September 12, 2012, 04:02:00 PM »
I was able to get an 8 yard shot on this little guy. Hit him with a blunt about the spot the back legs meet stomach/rib cage. He commenced to flopping, and I let Gigi (she was named that when we adopted her   :)  ) finish him off.

Nice shootin' Jeff.  Looks like that squirrel was taken on a high fenced place.

"Gigi" is my wife's nickname!  I won't tell her about your dog.  How do you like that 66" whip compared to your other whips?

I've shot a 60, 62, 64, and now the 66. The 66 is my favorite, followed by the 64. I draw 29" and it is just super smooth.

It's a two piece, so there's also a little extra mass in the riser due to the bolt and the micarta.  It took a little getting used to, but I like it a lot now.
