Saw 2 bucks this morning and one trespasser carrying a scoped rifle. Guess he didn't realize he was trespassing and that gun season wasn't open yet or that their are houses on three sides of this 40 acre property. I don't think he will be back!

Finished my season today with my best archery buck so far.  I'm lucky to live in a state which has bucks like this running on public ground.

I've taken 4 shots this season and have brought 1 doe, 1 buck, 1 rabbit, and 1 squirrel home to fill the freezer.  Now I better get some honey-do's done since my wife has been so patient.

Good luck to ya'll     :archer:

Nice deer gentleman. I know all about those honey do's... lol. Tried to get as many done before the season as possible.

Got out there this morning. Hunted til noon. Didn't see anything. I did however see 2 scrapes and a rub. First sign ive seen on the property this year.

Still doesn't seem like they are chasing hard yer here in Eastern Central Missouri... could be just not on the property I am hunting though.

I will be out again tomorrow morning. Then heading up to 3,500 acre farm in Pike County, MO for the weekend.
